- Claims of damaged/missing items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase/shipping date, provided they are in original condition and include all of the original accessories and packaging.
- All returned opened items are subject to a maximum 30% restocking fee.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 15 days of the invoice date.
- SWAV will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 15 days of invoice date for exchange only.
- All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie. accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges.
- Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion.
- Any items packaged with software, including but not limited to, DJ Controllers, Audio Interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, bulk cable, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, opened internal computer hardware, rigging supplies, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software, gels, music, displays/televisions/monitors, flooring, opened acoustic panels or parts (replacement, repair or item components) - these products are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, all items must:
Online Return Procedure
- Include a SWAV Return Authorization Number (applicable for online returns only)
- Be in its original packaging and include all collateral materials such as manuals, cases, straps, picks, pedals, bows, cables, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and any other materials that originally shipped with the order. Shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
- Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear, use or abuse on the item itself or collateral materials
- Be accompanied by an original SWAV purchase receipt.
- Be returned via the same channel through which they were purchased. Online returns must be shipped back to the store. In-store purchases must be returned in person.
Please follow these instructions carefully
- Email us (email@example.com) or call us at 1-905-232-4266 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once you have your Return Authorization Number, write it on your invoice and put it in the box with the item(s) being returned.
Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
- Box your item up securely for shipping to ensure no damage results in transit. SWAV recommends that you ship your item fully insured to defer any liability should your item be damaged in transit. SWAV is not responsible for any damage that results in transit. If you would prefer to receive a return label, you can email us to request one. In this case, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Your return will be processed within 14 business of receipt at the store. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
